Week Two of the How to Feel Good from the Inside Out series will bring you a sneak peek at Simone Pérèle’s Autumn-Winter 2015 collection ‘Happy Therapy’ and another delicious recipe from organic foodie sensation @WholefoodWellness.
How To Feel Good From The Inside Out
This wellness series will encourage women to feel good by investing in their lingerie wardrobes and taste palettes. We were thrilled so many of you loved last week’s ‘Delice’ Half Cup and Shorty in Blue Blossom lingerie and the Raw Blueberry Cheesecake, so if you missed it you can view it here.
Week Two
Our second look is the “Bloom” B-E cups Half Cup & Bikini Brief in Peach. This is a very soft and feminine piece highlighted by its romantic and intricate floral embroidery and guipure lace accents. It also features adjustable straps with decorative satin bows and sheer mesh half cups with an iridescent ballet back for the ultimate luxury aesthetic.
We have showcased the “Bloom” piece in peach as it is an extension of the broader orange colour palette which has wonderful health benefits. This bright and fruity colour actually represents warmth and happiness, an emotion often felt when eating delicious fresh summer fruits. According to popular colour psychologists, the colour peach is representative of extroverts and optimists and will help you feel uninhibited – Just what we need to feel confident in peachy lingerie…!
It is also known that soft oranges and warm reds can relate to ‘gut reaction’ or our gut instincts, which offers emotional strength and helps us bounce back from stressful situations. Which is why our next healthy recipe focusses on fruits and natural red based ingredients that will make you feel strong and healthy from the inside out.
